• You have 7 days from receiving an item to contact Cajun Country Rice for a return.
• We will replace any purchased items, but will not offer refunds.
• Only items purchased through our online store will be accepted for returns. You must provide an online receipt as proof of purchase before an item can be considered for a return.
• Refusal of delivery of an item does not constitute a return. You must contact us to initiate a product return.
• To return an item, email: info@CajunCountryRice.com for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items must be received by Cajun Country Rice before a return can be sent.
