- 1 cup cooked Cajun Country Long Grain Brown Rice
- .5 cup skim milk
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- .25 cup blueberries
- .25 cup chopped pecans
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat until warm.
