Season meat with Cajun or other seasoning blend and marinate in Italian salad dressing.
Brown pork well and remove from pan.
Drain off excess oil leaving enough to sauté onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic until tender.
Deglaze by adding chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the pan to collect the flavor from browning.
Add the pork, cover and cook until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
Add Cajun Country® Medium Grain Rice, Worstechire and Kitchen Bouquet.
Cook covered over moderate to low heat, stirring often.
Add more liquid if needed to cook rice.
Season to taste.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
