- 1 cup cooked Cajun Country Long Grain Brown Rice
- .5 cup skim milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- .25 cup fresh strawberries chopped small
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cool for a few minutes as the sauce thickens.
