2tsppepper
2tspmeat tenderizer
1cupuncooked Medium or Long Grain Cajun Country Rice
114 oz. canbeef stock
14ozwater
1packagedry Lipton Onion Soup Mix
.75stick butter, sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut round steak into 4 or 5 pieces.
Sprinkle pepper and meat tenderizer on both sides and pound in.
