Crawfish Casserole
An easy to make dish that’s always a crowd pleaser. Shrimp can be substituted for the crawfish tails.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked Cajun Country Rice, Any Variety
- 1 stick butter
- 3 whole onions, chopped
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 lb crawfish tails
- 4 oz. jar of pimento
- 2 Tbsp green onions
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sauté vegetables in butter until clear.
- Add crawfish and cook until crawfish are almost done.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
