Stir Fry Sauce Ingredients

soy sauce

brown sugar

Special Sauce Ingredients

sugar
1/2
cup
water

soy sauce

tbsp
rice vinegar

tbsp
ketchup

tbsp
lemon juice

sesame oil

hot Asian mustard

tsp
red chile paste
Instructions
Special Sauce
Mix the sugar in the water until it dissolves.
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Stir Fry Sauce
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
Lettuce Wraps
Bring the oil to high heat in a large sauté pan.
Add chicken breasts and sauté 5 minutes on each side.
Remove chicken from pan to cool.
Keep the oil hot and add water chestnuts, mushrooms, garlic and onions to the pan.
Dice the chicken and add back to the pan.
Add cooked Cajun Country Brown Rice and stir to mix.
Add “Stir Fry Sauce” to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.
Serve in the lettuce leaf cups.
Top with the “Special Sauce”.
