Cajun Country Rice
uncooked

10.5 oz. can
beef broth

medium onion,
chopped
1
medium bell pepper,
chopped
1-2
tbsp
diced jalapeno pepper,
fresh or pickled

oz
fresh mushrooms,
chopped
1
stick butter
1
lb.
Louisiana crawfish tails

tsp
salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients in rice cooker. If using brown rice, add 1 cup water.
Turn rice cooker on to “cook” cycle. When cycle is done, keep on “warm” for ½ hour.
